If you cancel rides in any major city or large airport in the continental United States with less than the minimum cancellation time; cancellation fees will apply:

• Executive Class: 2 Hours.
• Business Class: 4 Hours.
• Economy: Non-Refundable

If you cancel service with less than the minimum cancellation time, cancellation fees will apply:

• For full rides in small towns (more than 60 miles) outside any major airport or city, like beach towns or ski centers, the minimum cancellation time is 72 hours for Executive and Business Class. On our Economy Class, we like to remind our clients that the service is not refundable.
